Vanelin is a UK-registered online retailer operating exclusively online. We work with international fulfilment partners and do not currently operate a physical retail store.
Processing & Delivery Time
Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. This usually takes 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
After processing, your order will be shipped through our international delivery partners. The average transit time is 4 to 8 working days.
This means the total estimated delivery time is usually 8 to 12 working days.
Please note: during busy periods, holidays, or due to external circumstances such as customs inspections or transport disruptions, delivery times may occasionally be delayed.
Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed.
Because processing usually begins within 12 to 24 hours, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible at vanelin.nl@gmail.com, including your order number.
If your order has already been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may still return the item within 30 days in accordance with our returns policy.
Shipping Method & Tracking
Our products are shipped from international warehouses through trusted logistics partners. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a track & trace code so you can follow your shipment.
Shipping Costs & Free Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value or destination.
There are no extra delivery charges or hidden shipping fees.

Vanelin works with a global network of suppliers to offer unique and carefully selected products at fair prices. Each item is inspected before dispatch and sourced through reliable fulfilment partners.
